Dardi Kunz, Sales Manager

Dardi began her career several years ago as a server, and has worked her way up to become a top sales person for Panache. She was trained in her service skills under the world renowned Ian Masik, as well as English Master Butler Boris Roberts.

Prior to her promotion to sales manager in 2003, she was responsible for all corporate sales and food service operations at the Larry H. Miller Entrepreneurial Campus of Salt Lake Community College.

Dardi brings an infectious enthusiasm to the whole of our team at Panache Catering. Familiar with all aspects of our operation, Dardi is responsible for communication between sales and operations to ensure every aspect of each event is followed through.

Dardi is the lead Sales Manager for Panache, and has been active in helping with the involvement of Panache Catering with numerous charitable organizations.
