Lisa Wieboldt, General Manager
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Lisa originally moved to Salt Lake City to attend college. She has since made Salt Lake her home, along with her husband and three children.
Having worked extensively in the hospitality industry, Lisa has been able to broaden her understanding of customer service by working at many fine establishments across the valley. Her early years in restaurant management were spent at Thanksgiving Point, where she worked closely with the food and beverage team to make the property bloom. She then found her passion as General Manager of the Rhino Grille, where she enjoyed mingling with her regular clients and working side by side with her staff to create fine food and comfortable service.
It was at a Chamber of Commerce mixer that Lisa met Shauna Engen, Panache's owner, and the transition from restaurant to catering began. She began with sales, using her background in management and organizational skills to lead the sales team to the next level. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and repeat clientele, Lisa was able to help catapult Panache to the top of the industry.
Now working with both Panache and the 23rd Floor Event Center, Lisa has been able to merge the two operations and enable them to work together seamlessly. Continuing her focus on the client and the details of each event, both companies are growing and expanding as more and more people in the Salt Lake Valley experience the real meaning of customer service at its finest.
