Each Soirée is hosted by an event venue or private residence respectfully chosen for uniqueness and diversity. The evening includes various food and wine pairings by the Certified International Wine Judge and Wine Master, Jon Engen and Vicki Martinez, MWC, where he provides a discussion of the wines — their history, their flavors & why the components they contain make them seamless choices with the prepared dishes. For non-drinkers, a premium non-alcoholic cider from Europe is hand selected for the evening.
