Here at the Panache Wine Bar we believe a fine wine experience should be just that — an experience. And while so many Utah restaurants and wine bars place their focus on wines that are tremendously expensive and difficult to obtain, we believe experiencing fine wine begins with offering a venue where the finest wines are readily available at an accessible price. That's why we created the Panache Wine Bar — a place where wine lovers at all experience levels can discover something new, or simply enjoy a glass of wine and escape the stress of life in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. At our exclusive second-floor environment, you'll escape Salt Lake City, and at the same time be right at the heart of it.

We start by offering an array of options, drawn from selections from around the world, based upon flavor profiles rather than expense. Many of our wines are not found elsewhere in Utah, and our wine educators will be on-hand to assist you in your selection as you taste, learn about, and experience these wines in their proper context with us at Panache. You can enhance your wine knowledge by attending one of our many wine pairing dinners, wine classes, or wine & small-plate food pairings, listed under the Community Events section.

In keeping with Panache's focus on the experience and enjoyment of flavor, food is given equal billing with the wine program. Diverse and ever changing, the Wine Bar menu features a variety of "small plate" offerings including hot and cold demi-plates, unique wood fired pizzettis, small batch soups, demi-trios, artisan cheeses, and superb deserts.
